1. 下の「新規登録」ボタンを押し、必要事項を記入して登録します。
2. 登録後、確認メールが届きます。
3. メール内の確認リンクをクリックして、メールアドレスを確認します。
4. 確認後、ログインして投稿フォームを選びます。
5. 用途に合ったフォームを選び、必要事項を入力して送信します。
6. サイト管理者が内容を確認した後、サイトに掲載されます。
